WE USE "HAVE TO" AND "HAD TO" TO TALK ABOUT THINGS WE NEED TO DO.

I HAVE TO WASH THE DISHES. (NOW / PRESENT)
HE HAS TO CLEAN HIS ROOM. (NOW / PRESENT)
I HAD TO WASH THE CAR YESTERDAY. (BEFORE / PAST)

HE / SHE / IT â HAS TO
EXAMPLE:
I HAVE TO COOK DINNER.

(EVERYONE USES "HAD TO" IN THE PAST â EASY!)
EXAMPLE:

â NEGATIVE FORM WITH "DON'T HAVE TO" AND "DIDN'T HAVE TO"
