Significado (ES): Lanzarse a hacer algo desafiante o nuevo. Atreverse a dar el paso. Meaning (EN): To finally decide to do something difficult or scary that you have been avoiding. Example: "I've always been scared of the water, but last summer I finally took the plunge and learned to surf!"

How to play hide and seek

To play hide and seek, you need three or more players. You need a space with good hiding spots.

1. First, choose one player to be the seeker.
2. The seeker closes their eyes and counts to ten.
3. The other players hide in different places.
4. The seeker opens their eyes and tries to find everyone.
5. The first player found is the new seeker.

The last player found is the winner. You can play inside or outside!

FIRSTLY / FIRST OF ALL

Tipo: linking adverb / conector de orden Significado (ES): En primer lugar — introduce la primera instrucción o razón. What is it? 'Firstly' or 'First of all' tells the reader that this is the first step or reason. Perfect for instructions and reports. Examples:  To play the game, firstly you need two teams of five players. First of all, choose a colour for your avatar. ✏️  Tip: use 'firstly' to start your instructions, then 'secondly', 'then' and 'finally' to continue.

Significado (ES): Es tu turno de actuar o decidir. Depende de ti. 

Meaning (EN): It is your turn to take action or make a decision.
